STORMWATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION PLANS

Developed by experienced stormwater professionals.

A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, also known as a SWPPP, SWP3, or SW3P, is a site-specific document that details the characteristics of a site, the scope of the project, and the measures that will be implemented to contain on-site pollutants and prevent them from being carried off-site in the form of runoff during storms. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) identifies roughly thirty items in the Construction General Permit (CGP) TXR150000 that must be included in your SWPPP in order for it to be in compliance. Our user-friendly plans are designed to exceed federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and we ensure your plan has all the necessary information before it leaves our office. All of our plans are prepared by an experienced Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). CPESC professionals have been trained, tested, and proven their proficiency on subjects including but not limited to:

  • Federal, State, and Local Regulations
  • Permit requirements for construction activities
  • Erosion and Sediment Site Planning and Management
  • Stormwater Runoff Management Planning
  • Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMP) and Design

Our SWPPP development service includes preparing your TCEQ Construction Site Notices and submitting all your required notices to TCEQ and the local regulatory body. For projects over five acres or are part of a larger common plan of development, our service includes preparing your TCEQ Notice of Intent application using the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS). For more information regarding permitting, please see our permitting services page. For more information about CPESC, please visit the EnviroCert International website.
