DALLAS-FORT WORTH SWPPP SERVICES

Our SWPPP services are designed to ensure compliance with both the City of Dallas and City of Fort Worth requirements regarding stormwater compliance for construction activities. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans

Both the City of Dallas (COD) and City of Fort Worth require that you submit a copy of your Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for review. COD requires that you submit a SWPPP for your project to both the Development Services Department as well as the Stormwater Management Department. The City of Fort Worth requires that you submit a copy of your SWPPP to the Development Services Department. Key Requirements for projects in Dallas

COD Inspections

The COD Stormwater Management Department conducts regular inspections of construction sites to ensure they are in compliance with Federal, State, and City requirements. You can expect these inspections to occur on a regular schedule based on the size of the project.

• For large construction sites disturbing over 5 acres, you can expect to be inspected every 13 calendar days.
• For small construction sites disturbing between 1 to 4.99 acres, you can expect to be inspected every 28 calendar days.
