A TCEQ Notice of Intent (NOI) is an application requesting permit coverage under the Construction General Permit (CGP) TXR150000. The CGP allows contractors and developers to discharge stormwater into state waterways, provided they comply with the terms of the permit. The first CGP requirement for contractors and developers is to develop a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The second requirement is to submit the TCEQ notice to obtain coverage. There are two paths for obtaining coverage under the CGP, depending on the size of the site.
Our simplified permitting process ensures that your Notice of Intent will be processed and submitted to the state and local regulatory agencies within 48 hours. Our SWPPP development service includes preparing and submitting all your notices, whether you need a TCEQ Notice of Intent or a Small Construction Site Notice. Regardless of whether you choose our SWPPP development, site inspections, or permitting services, each service includes submitting your Notice of Termination to TCEQ and the local regulatory agency at the end of the project.
