SWPPP
INSPECTIONS

Performed by stormwater professionals with the experience to solve problems.

Site inspections help ensure construction activities are in compliance with an approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and that Best Management Practices (BMPs) are correctly installed and functioning. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Construction General Permit (CGP) TXR150000 requires site inspections for projects disturbing an acre or more. The CGP allows for site inspections to be conducted at one of the following frequencies:

  • Every 14 calendar days and within 24 hours of the end of a storm event of 0.5 inches or greater
  • Every seven (7) calendar days

All of our inspections are conducted on a weekly schedule, unless otherwise required by state or local regulations. The weekly inspection schedule allows us to provide a competitive flat monthly rate to our clients. All of our inspections are conducted by Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspectors (CESSWI). CESSWI inspectors have been trained, tested, and proven their proficiency on subjects including but not limited to:

  • Federal, State, and Local Regulations
  • Permit requirements for construction activities
  • Best Management Practices technologies for each stage of construction
  • Safety issues ranging from the dangers of onsite activities and conditions, to hazardous materials
  • SWPPP management. Updating documentation relating to changes in site conditions through reports, site drawings, and BMP maintenance logs.
  • Compliance resolutions for enforcement actions

Here at ProjectCompli, we don’t just identify problems—we solve them. Our staff of experienced professionals will work with you to plan out a smart, cost-effective, path to compliance. For more information about CESSWI, please visit the EnviroCert International website.
